About us

Czech and Slovak Student Society In Vienna was founded with the goal of creating a supportive community for students from the Czech and Slovak Republic studying abroad in Vienna. Our organization focuses on strenghtening the bonds between students, support in academic or professional matters and in providing opportunities for cultural and social fulfillment.

The Society regularly organises various types of events, such as debates with guests, cultural evenings as well as informal meetings. Furthermore, we take part in events organised by the Embassy of the Czech Republic in Austria, St. Charle’s Church and other czecho-slovak organisations in Vienna. Our main goal is to make adaptation easier for newcomer students and create an environment where they can feel at home.

Our member base is open to all students and absolvents who have an interest in meeting within the czechoslovak community.
